The problems of frequent trips to the toilet, incontinence, spontaneous release of urine during laughter or physical exertion are familiar to many pregnant women. Often, pregnant women are embarrassed by their problems, however, there are simple methods for solving them.

Clinical treatment of urinary incontinence in women is often not required for pregnant women. The reason for this is the fact that the cause of incontinence symptoms in expectant mothers is the weakening of the pelvic floor muscles, which should provide a strong barrier to urine.

In order to combat the incomplete incontinence during childbearing, you can perform simple exercises to strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor. They boil down to a few simple movements. Let us describe them in more detail:.

• During a trip to the toilet, you should find a muscle that holds the flow of urine. Having found this muscle, it is necessary by means of its tension to hold the flow and, relaxing the muscle, to start it again. Then, in your spare time, you need to do the following exercise.

• For half a second, strain the muscle that holds back the flow of urine, then relax for half a second.

Repeat from 20 times on the first day to 100 times in a week. This exercise should be done 3-5 times a day.

• When you visit the toilet, you should stop the flow of urine 1 time per day for 2-3 seconds, straining the corresponding muscle.

In a few days, any woman will be able to make sure that simple exercises can strengthen the muscles of the pelvic floor and relieve the pregnant woman from involuntary urination.
