Legs are particularly prone to overload, as during the day the weight of the entire body is borne. Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to the rational care of them.

The main condition for such care is, first of all, wearing appropriate footwear - a light, well-ventilated, sized.

An important role is played by daily washing, which cleanses the skin, prevents sweating and the appearance of diaper rash, the occurrence of skin diseases.

A warm foot bath (it is possible with the addition of table salt) improves blood circulation and thereby rest the whole body.

Cracks on the heels of a very uncomfortable leg disease - cracks on the heels. They can arise because of a lack of vitamins or because of excessive coarsening of the skin, which develops as a result of wearing stiff shoes and lack of proper foot care.

For the prevention of cracks with a daily washing of the feet slightly rub the heel with pumice stone, and then lubricate with foot cream or glycerin in the form of jelly. The cream should be rubbed until the skin absorbs it completely.

In the case of cracks, it is best to make foot baths, which are prepared as follows; to a well-washed potato peelings add a handful of flaxseed, pour water and boil until a thick porridge.

In this mess they lower their legs and hold for 15-20 minutes. After the bath, the legs are rinsed with warm water and gently cut the coarsened skin along the edges of the cracks. Cracks are greased with 2% iodine tincture and ointment with fish oil. On the whole foot, the foot cream mixed in equal proportion with the gelatinous glycerin. With a tendency to crack the heels is shown (naturally, on the recommendation of the doctor) the intake of vitamins A, B and C.
