Modern people are increasingly thinking about the benefits of their food and are trying to make a balanced diet for themselves. But before you sit down on a popular diet, it is important to understand - a universal solution simply does not exist, because the body of each person is unique. This truth was discovered several thousand years ago by the ancient Indian sages studying the Ayurveda - the science of healthy life.

Ayurveda, which later became widespread in ancient Greece, Japan and China, is a unique system in the field of preventive medicine.

It offers a simple and truly effective solution to issues that also affect the principles of healthy eating.

Despite the ancient history, this direction is the most promising for today. Ayurveda is recognized by the World Health Organization (WHO) and is the subject of modern medical research.

In Sanskrit, ayurveda is the science of a long and healthy life leading to excellence. This universal and extraordinarily flexible system is able to transform depending on the specific place, time and features of human existence.

The basic in Ayurvedic medicine is the definition of the leading constitutive type of person, depending on which one or another nutrition program is appointed.

According to the laws of Ayurveda, the development and activity of the body is governed by three constitutive principles, or doshas, ??each of which is responsible for the regulation of certain functions.

The first and basic principle is the Movement (Vata), the second is Transformation (Pitta), and the third is Stability (Kapha).

In any person, all three types are more or less present, but only one is the dominant one. Throughout life, their ratio can vary under the influence of various factors. In order to determine exactly what type of self is to be carried, it is necessary to consult a specialist who will also help to make up a suitable diet.
