Scientists have proved: that the working day is productive and effective, it is necessary to eat on a tablespoon of honey 3 times a day.

It is proved that natural honey is not only a valuable food product, which has dietary properties, but also a natural medicinal product. Physiological activity in honey can manifest compounds of plant origin or substances that honey bees add to honey, as well as those that appear in it during ripening and conservation.

The dietary properties of honey are predetermined with the peculiarities of its chemical composition: monosaccharides predominate, which are an easily accessible substrate for cells, a high content of fructose, the presence of biologically active substances.

Honey components: fructose - 38-44%, glucose - 31-36% and water - 17-21%), energy value is 3150-3350 kcal, which is lower than the energy value of sugar (sucrose) - 4000 kcal. But it is more sweet than beet sugar due to fructose, which is 1.7 times sweeter than sucrose (the main component of sugar). Therefore honey very quickly causes sensation of saturation, and the surplus of honey causes a nausea. Therefore, despite the predominantly carbohydrate composition, honey is often recommended to be used as a part of diets and rations that provide a reduction in body weight, to reduce appetite and hunger. Glucose, fructose, other monosaccharides, which constitute 70% of the mass of honey, are directly absorbed in the digestive tract, starting from the oral cavity, since they do not need previous digestive juices. This is also one of the reasons for rapid saturation in the case of honey.

The composition of honey includes: sodium, potassium, magnesium, iron, chlorine, phosphorus, sulfur, iodine ... It is of interest and it is important that the amount of some mineral salts in honey is almost the same as in human serum (!). There are also biologically active low-molecular ingredients in honey (vitamins, amino acids and the like).

And although they are few, but they are of great importance, since combined with other substances important enough for the body. If used, they contribute to the normalization of the functions of the digestive tract, quickly absorbed, provide vital organs and tissues with valuable energy and plastic compounds. There are also stimulants in honey that increase the vital functions of the organism, enzymes, macro- and microelements, hydrogen peroxide, plant antibiotics, lysozyme, acetylcholine and the like.
