Then learn the technique of "Tibetan Five-Piece". It is such a healing and firming remedy that even that part of academic medicine that only believes in tablets recognized as truly effective and gave the name: "respiratory therapy".

But this amazing method that came to us from Tibet has one more name - "hormonal breathing", because during his practice a special rhythm of breathing is used, through which a person conducts a direct conversation with his hormonal system (through DNA).

And thanks to this healing conversation, the hormonal system takes a course towards the full development of life-supporting and rejuvenating hormones.

Hormonal breathing causes pleasant feelings - and you, having mastered it, will certainly agree with this. But to get really tangible results from this method, you will need:.

Set the rhythm of your own heart.

Remember 2 breathing exercises.

Take a course of respiratory therapy - 21 days. This is a mandatory minimum, which guarantees a visual result. Namely: a marked improvement in the state of health and appearance.

Learn the rhythm of your own heart.

As soon as you hear a pure rhythm of your heart, you will involuntarily begin to strive to sound with it in unison - that is, you will begin to focus on your personal physiological rhythm. And what is remarkable: after a while you will begin to hold this landmark unconsciously - that is, you will not have to undertake any special efforts that require conscious control.

So, to hear the pure rhythm of your heart, you should sit in a comfortable sitting position: the back has a vertical support (the back of a chair or chairs), hands on the knees, feet on the floor parallel to each other. Sit in this position for exactly 2 minutes (you can count from 1 to 120), and then place the index and middle fingers of the left hand in the place of the neck where the pulse is very clearly beating. This is the upper segment of the carotid artery.

The location of its location you can easily find, when from the earlobe go down to the submaxillary part of the neck - and slightly move toward the center of the neck. When the fingers recognize a perfectly clear beating, start out loudly as a pulse: one, two, three, four. Then - after 2-3 strokes of the heart - make another series of the same count: one, two, three, four. And in conclusion make one more series (count necessarily aloud!): One, two, three, four. After the 3rd series of accounts, remove the fingers from the neck - and repeat the account already from memory: one, two, three, four.

And one more series of repetitions from memory: one, two, three, four. And conclude with the third batch of memory: one, two, three, four.

I.e. The first three episodes - you think by dictating your fingers, giving you the rhythm of the heart: remember his rhythm. And the second three series is a memory account. And all. This is quite enough for you to firmly remember the pure rhythm of your own heart.

Practice of breathing exercises.

The breathing session consists of 2 simple and pleasant exercises.

Exercise One.

This exercise is performed with a closed mouth (inhaling and exhaling only through the nose). Mandatory condition: straight back. You can sit, but you can stand, but the back is necessarily straight. Take a slow breath so that in full breath to meet the 4 blows of your heart (you already remember the rhythm - so you will not be mistaken "in the calculations"),. Then hold your breath for 2 strokes and exhale slowly. Exhale - as well as breathing - strive to lay in 4 heartbeats. Thus, the breathing circuit is very simple: 4-2-4. Breath (4 blows long) - breath holding (2 strokes) - exhalation (4 strokes long).

As a result of this breathing exercise, the blood is purified - and not only later, but immediately - already during the exercise (checked by measuring the biochemical composition of the blood). The factor of blood purification is primarily manifested in 2 organs: the liver and stomach - and this fact significantly improves the work of the entire digestive system.

The second queue manifests improvements in the state of the nervous system: the speed of physical and mental reactions is restored, the emotional background stabilizes, the quality of sleep improves significantly.

The hormonal system reacts to the cleansing of the blood in the third queue: the process of renewal - and no longer individual organs - begins, and this is a large-scale renewal process - from the cellular level.

Exercise two.

Sit on the very edge of a chair with a straight back, but lower your shoulders. Take a breath (through the nose) so as to meet the 4 heart beats. Then hold the breath for 2 strokes, and then, without exhaling, take an additional breath - already "to the limit", to the feeling that more your lungs can no longer hold. After that, hold your breath for a few seconds, but so that there is no discomfort. And then exhale in a special way: through the mouth - and so vigorously, as if the locked air to you already became disgusting. Shoot them with a sharp exhalation through the mouth. And this is the whole exercise.

This exercise performs a powerful cleansing function, copes with a whole bunch of troubles, ranging from fears, phobias, chronic anxiety and ending with acute (or chronic) skin lesions (almost of any nature).

In order not to list the entire list of diseases and malfunctions in which exercise No. 2 helps, I will state the following: there was not a single case in the practice of this exercise when no noticeable improvement effect was noted - for any disease.

There is one warning: for asthma and severe heart disease, the exercise is performed under control - that is, in the presence of a specialist. At least for the first time.

The script of hormonal respiration.

The above described breathing exercises should be done in the morning and in the evening according to this scheme.

In the morning hormonal breathing is performed after hormonal gymnastics. You can take a break after hormonal gymnastics - take a shower, for example, or drink tea. But put off breakfast.

So:

in the morning exercise number 1 should be repeated 1-7 times, and exercise number 2: 2-5 repetitions.

In the evening, hormonal breathing has this scenario:.

- performed no earlier than 30 minutes before bedtime;.

- the first breathing exercise: 7 repetitions;.

- second breathing exercise: 7 repetitions.
