If there is no deafening feeling of hunger, then most likely you are constantly drawn simply "to intercept something". I call this the "psychological hunger". Relax, do not go into the kitchen, let the family feed itself. If this is a day off, then sleep - the day will pass faster. If you are at work - even better. There are two options. You can occupy yourself with some interesting work, so that the day flew by unnoticed. You can condescend, finally, to the affairs that are forever postponed and to which one never reaches hands. And put yourself a temporary restriction - up to which an hour everything has to be done. Imagine - free not only the body, but also the conscience.

At the end of the day the head will most likely start to spin. This is a sign that everything is going right. Lie down, do not torture yourself. Just at this time you can help yourself in a very pleasant way. Add in a glass of warm water half a teaspoon of honey and (or) a spoonful of lemon juice. This "lemonade" is called "anti-stress additive", only not for you, but for your kidneys. Imagine how much dirt they now take out!.

On this day you can take a warm bath or stand under a contrast shower several times. This will only speed up the process.

For smokers. If you can refuse cigarettes today - it's good, so make. If you can not - today you have a unique opportunity to quit! Smoke as much as you want. Your body, when you begin to clean, rebel and you, it is quite possible, there will be a strong aversion to cigarettes. So.
