- Coffee can protect against some types of cancer of the colon, rectum by reducing cholesterol and bile acid in the body.

- It can significantly reduce the risk of type 2 diabetes.

- Coffee helps to keep good memory. Especially this applies to older women drinking at least 3 cups of coffee a day. Scientists explained that the whole thing in caffeine, which is a kind of cognitive stimulant.
