How to strengthen the neck muscles without leaving the office

Sedentary work often leads to unpleasant sensations in the cervical vertebrae, and the muscles become wooden. And this is a serious threat to health! First there are headaches, memory worsens, and then the disease of the century - osteochondrosis. To cope with this will help the exercises developed by specialists in curative gymnastics. They need to be done every day.

In the sitting position, straighten your back. Holding your head in the back with your hands, try to bend back as hard as possible. Then return to the starting position.

Place the clasped hands on the back of the head.

Now make sharp turns to the right - to the left, and so 10-15 times.

For five times, describe the head with a semicircle from shoulder to shoulder.

If dizziness occurs, replace this exercise with another.

While holding your head with your hands near your ears, make the slopes either to the right or to the left.

In the supine position (hands on the sides of the body), raise the head, then lower it to make the forehead touch the floor.

And so do 10 times. Then try to tear off the head and legs from the floor at the same time and hold them in this position for a few seconds. When the muscles of the neck begin to get tired, again lower your legs and head. It is desirable to do the exercise at least 5-6 times.
