Well, here you are already distracted from your problems and worries, and the mood has become mischievous and playful. Of course, because there is a close connection between the internal state and its bodily manifestation.

Recollect morning when you have slept and well felt, you went, more precisely even hovered towards the new day. In this state it is impossible to stoop, the shoulders straighten themselves, the chin rushes upwards. Did you notice how people reacted to you? People with interest and respect look at such individuals as a rare biological species of successful people. A man with a rod and spineless - these metaphors perfectly illustrate the perception of people around with a good posture and stooped. Good state of health, fine mood, proud posture attract people.
