Problems with sleep in our crazy stressful times are experienced by many. Someone just turns around all night from side to side, and then gets completely beaten.

And someone resorts to the help of not always useful sleeping pills. Meanwhile, scientists have long known for harmless natural sedatives, which can contribute to a rapid falling asleep.

Recent studies by English physicians have confirmed the fact that some spices, such as cloves, caraway seeds, ginger and sage can act like a good sleeping pills. To do this, they simply need to be added to the dishes that you eat for dinner, or to prepare decoctions of them.

By the way, to the same "soporific" products English doctors carried the onions, orange peel and sugar.
