Of course, soy products are useful because they contain the proteins and amino acids we need. However, our body does not always react to them normally, and often the hobby of soya leads to an allergy. After all, we are "programmed" for very different products.
In general, the conclusion that doctors make is this: do not completely abandon soy, but it's also not advisable to get involved with it. Its maximum presence in our daily diet should not exceed 20% (even if your body tolerates soy products normally).
