Vitamin E against allergies

Experts authoritatively state that if a pregnant woman consumes food containing vitamin E in large quantities, it can protect children from allergies of various kinds in adulthood.



The higher the level of vitamin E in the food consumed by the future mother, the lower the risk that, when analyzing the child's blood, he will respond to such allergens as pollen and dust.

To confirm their hypothesis, scientists examined the blood taken from the umbilical cord, 223 children and tested the response to these allergens. Of course, the child's addiction to allergies is also influenced by genetics, the type of delivery and whether the mother was a smoker.

So, we advise you to eat more such products as nuts, green vegetables (cabbage, lettuce) and vegetable oil.
