Researchers from Finland have found that pets reduce the lives of the owners. The owners of animals are less active, more difficult to climb and sick more often than those who do not have animals, according to the Internet edition for girls and women from 14 to 35 years old Pannochka. Net This, however, does not mean that having a pet is harmful - often the owners of animals are people of age, which initially changes the overall picture of health in this group.

Previously, it was believed that the animals we plant have a beneficial effect on the owners, relieve stress, lower blood pressure and heart rate, ease the feeling of loneliness and even relieve anxiety in older patients with dementia.

When analyzing more than 21,000 histories of animal owners, scientists found that they were more likely to be overweight and viewed their health as "worse than average".

Even in spite of the daily necessity of walking his four-legged friend, the owners of dogs led an inactive way of life.

This is also due to the fact that most people who breed dogs live in the private sector and "walking" in this case means just taking the dog out into the yard while the owner stays at home.

In order to improve the situation, all owners of animals should follow a simple rule: do not just passively wait and wait for the dog to walk, and try to take maximum advantage of some kind of movement, whether it's a game or a walk.
