Dairy products reduce the risk of diabetes

In a study that lasted for 20 years, consuming 1 pint (560 ml) of milk per day reduced the risk of death from metabolic syndrome and type 2 diabetes by 50%.

The more the number of consumed products, the less was the risk of developing the syndrome.

According to experts, the use of dairy products for the past 25 significantly decreased, which undoubtedly plays an important role in shaping public health. A balanced healthy diet helps to shape a person's health for many years.
