Completeness is contagious

One of the latest studies in the field of obesity studies has shown that overweight can be transmitted among friends as an infectious disease.

In a study of 12,067 people monitored for 32 years from 1971 to 2003, it was shown that people started gaining weight after one of the friends also gained weight.

Sprawled friends increased their chances of completeness by 57%.

Strangely enough, but the fullness of family members did not cause such an effect as changes in the weight of close friends.

A similar effect was observed in the case of loss of excess weight and the return of a good physical form.

Dr. Nicholas Cristiakis, a physician and professor of medical sociology from the Harvard Medical University, who organized this study, believes that the fullness of friends changes our own perception of fullness: it ceases to be so unattractive in our eyes.

Such a theory perfectly explains the epidemic of obesity in countries such as the US: every grown-up person has led his friends.
