When the participants in the study were told that the tower was active, some of the people who referred to themselves as "electrosensitive" complained of a deterioration in their well-being. When they did not know about the mode of activity of the transmitter, the deterioration of the state of health did not coincide with its real activity. Such subjects also had higher blood pressure and sweating, but all these manifestations were explained by psychological reactions.
