What is hypertrophic cardiomyopathy? How is it manifested? In what ways is diagnosed and how great it is to be healed? About all this you will find out, if you read my article.

The heart is the central organ of the circulatory system, carrying out the functions of pumping blood along the vascular channel. Thus, it improves the supply of all tissues with the necessary metabolic substrates and oxygen.

But the presence of pathologies of the heart significantly violates these processes, because then the muscle is not able to properly provide all the needs of tissues and organs. Also, violations of the heart and the configuration of its structure are observed in the newly acquired stenotic heart defects and arterial hypertension, when the myocardium of the ventricles significantly thickens, which is called hypertrophy.

Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy is the cumulative group of hypertrophic cardiac configurations. This is quite a dangerous disease, because in the future it is fraught with the development of acquired heart deficit.

Preconditions for cardiomyopathy.

Aortic stenosis is the main heart defect, because of which hypertrophic cardiomyopathy develops. It is characterized by a narrowing of the aortic aorta and a violation of the expulsion of blood from the left ventricle into the large circulation.

Compensating for the lack of blood flow, the heart builds up the force of contraction, which leads to a normalization of the blood flow in the aorta. But the overestimated multifunctional load on this main organ of the human body leads to an increase in the thickness of the muscular wall of the left ventricle. This is hypertrophy.

It is unsafe, therefore, that later thickened walls suffer from a lack of blood supply, because myocardial arteries supply it from the outside to the inside.

Therefore, the endocardium will later suffer from ischemia, partly die off, and platelets will settle in the heart cavity. This is unsafe by the formation of a blood clot and tearing it away from the wall, after that it can clog the vessels of the brain, kidneys, intestinal tract or limbs, causing proper symptomatology.
