It's unpleasant and embarrassing when your fingers are trembling all the time, or even your hands are stilted. Instead of a signature on paper comes an incomprehensible curl, the number on the mobile phone does not want to be recruited from the first time, and coffee from the cup tries to splash out on the clothes. In addition, tremor of the hands is very noticeable to others, and God knows that they can reflect: you may be suspected of unclean thoughts, mistaken for a very unstable or very drinking person.

And the more often this happens, the more anxiety you yourself will experience, constantly asking questions: because of what my hands are constantly shaking, what should I do to stop this "devilish dance"?.

Perhaps the worst thing you can imagine is Parkinson's disease. Indeed, the main sign of this severe disease, called a trembling paralysis, are shaking hands. This tricky neurological illness appears without visible circumstances, does not lend itself to healing and leads to disability, but its tremor, if it is possible so to say, is unique - hands tremble in a state of rest, and when they move they actually calm down. In addition, one hand is shaking noticeably stronger than the other. With such expressive symptoms, Parkinson's disease can simply be excluded even without the help of others, otherwise one idea about it causes a strong attack of shivering.

There is also an "essential" tremor - a specific condition when hands are shaking or one of them. This disease is often hereditary, and from Parkinson differs, first, by the fact that trembling clasps hands not in a state of rest, but during some actions, intensifying with sensual stress. In fact, with this all the symptoms are exhausted, there is neither a speech disorder nor a disturbance of the motor functions that appear in Parkinson's, so that an "essential" tremor can be considered completely harmless.

Another thing is when the trembling of hands accompanies various severe diseases. With kidney disorders, increased thyroid function, damage to the liver or brain, too, it happens that hands are very much shaking. What to do in these cases? Obviously, curing the main disease, because the tremor in this situation - the smallest of the problems.

The most natural manifestation of trembling in the hands is physical overstrain. But this phenomenon is temporary and it can not testify to any violations in the work of the central nervous system. Like sensual outbursts with intense irritation, fright, excitement ... Is it not enough in life that there are situations during which the hands are shaking. What to do if you are shrouded in "nervous trembling"? Calm down, relax, breathe deeply, sit down once or twice.

But if such a reaction begins to manifest itself with the smallest excitement, constantly, then this is already a hysterical tremor - a consequence of disorders of the nervous system. Perhaps, it will not be superfluous to go on consultation to the doctor-neurologist.

Alcoholism is a widespread phenomenon. Is manifested with alcohol abuse. The drinking person very often trembles and swells around his hands. What to do in this case - it is understandable: urgently "tie", because the tremor - only one of your many problems.
