Scientists from the United States noticed that a person needs a goal in life to sleep serenely.

American researchers have proved that for a sound sleep a person needs a goal in life, namely understanding why he gets up off the bed in the morning.

Most elderly people became participants in the study, but experts are sure that the results can be applied to all.

Sleep problems often cause obesity, neurological diseases, diabetes and even a common cold. However, the quality of sleep, according to scientists, can be improved without the use of drugs. It is enough to find a goal in life and follow it.
