Russian scientists have created a device warning of the danger of blood clots.

Until now, all attempts to develop a method for early detection of vascular occlusion have failed, and a device created by specialists from the Hematology Research Center of the Russian Academy of Medical Sciences and the Center for Theoretical Problems in Physico-Chemical Pharmacology of the Russian Academy of Sciences has been successfully tested not only in Russian laboratories but also at the American Institute them. J. Holland and the University of Lyon, can be called an unquestionable breakthrough.

The idea, according to "Rossiyskaya Gazeta", belongs to Doctor of Biological Sciences Fazli Ataullahanov, who first saw in blood coagulation an example of an autowave.

After many years of theoretical research in this field, Russian researchers, using the calculations worked out during this time, created a nanocover that became an analog of the protein that provokes a thrombus.

Diagnosis with it looks very simple: a drop of human blood is applied to a plate with a nanocoating, where a thrombus should grow. The rate of growth, size, density and other parameters is diagnosed. The whole test takes about half an hour.
