Many people prefer a drink such as coffee, and often drink soluble coffee in bags with cream, but few know that in these bags there is neither coffee nor cream. Experts of the magazine "Demand" conducted an independent examination, which tested the most popular brands of coffee in bags.

First, experts studied coffee for the presence of caffeine in it, because it is he who adds courage. As a result, it was found that caffeine in the bags was small, to be precise, in the six samples tested, the content of caffeine was only 0.29-0.38%.

Despite the practical lack of caffeine, all the samples submitted fit into the standards for their microbiological indicators. That is, the content completely dissolves, has no foreign taste and smell and resembles the color of natural coffee with milk.

This study did not end, and the experts decided to study the cream that is part of the drink. It turned out that nothing in common white powder with a dairy product had. Manufacturers did not even try to hide this fact.

On the reverse side of the sachet, it was indicated, "cream of vegetable origin," although on the front side of this inscription is missing, which is misleading potential buyers.

A white powder, made from vegetable fats, very rarely includes dairy components. To add the product more similarity with the natural, it added sugar, stabilizers, emulsifiers, flavors and dyes. So to drink or not "coffee" in bags is only your choice, but now you know that the drink is somewhat different from what we ourselves imagined before.
