Eczema is a skin inflammatory disease that is contagious and carries the acquired character. Very often hereditary character.

Healing of the disease is carried out in a complex and focused manner, first, to eliminate the prerequisite that triggered the development of the process. Therapy aims to eliminate neuroendocrine and neurotic disorders, exacerbation of acquired diseases. Hypoallergenic diet provides excellent results with a disease such as wet eczema. Healing includes hyposensitizing therapy, the use of sodium thiosulfate, gluconate and calcium chloride, magnesium sulfate. With more severe forms of moccasive eczema, corticosteroid hormones are recommended. A positive result is the reception of antihistamines - pipolfen, dimedrol, tavegil, peritol, telphast, clathradine.

Wetting eczema in the acute form is treated with haemodesis, group B vitamins and diuretic products. An appreciable improvement comes after taking imunnokorrektorov - decaris, thymalin, dyuzifona, pentoksila. The external healing consists in applying lotions with boric acid, dimexide, silver nitrate. The skin is treated with salicylic ointment, Castellani liquid, Wilkinson's ointment, Cestoderm, Lorinden C.

During exacerbations, it is recommended to minimize contact with water and household chemicals. The skin of the hands should be lubricated with cream, the work related to chemical substances must be done exclusively with gloves.

Breastfeeding of newborns suffering from eczema should be coordinated with the pediatrician. With all this, the baby can not be tightly wrapped and wrapped around. With wet eczema, long walks in the fresh air are very useful. Dermatologists advise to use clothes made from natural fabrics. Nails need to be carefully cut, to avoid scratching, skin trauma and development of pustules. The disease has a hereditary nature, therefore during pregnancy, it is recommended that future mothers be excluded from such foods as eggs, citrus fruits, smoked foods and chocolate.
