This was stated by the Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Liliya Grinevich during a meeting with the teachers of the Odessa Gymnasium No. 2.

"Now we in the Ministry together with the Ministry of Health are working on changing sanitary standards for the use of computer equipment in Ukraine. They are outdated, most of the characteristics of technology, which caused exactly such rules, changed. The current sanitary standards do not contribute either to educational progress or to the health of students - schoolchildren simply understand their absurdity and, in particular, therefore, do not fulfill any rules at all in using equipment, "explained Lilia Grinevich.

She stressed that the use of gadgets and various educational applications in schools is also limited to these sampines. "Like printing qualitatively new textbooks, where we have others, but similar in spirit and old age requirements," added the Minister.

The meeting also talked about the harm inequality that can be caused by a particular gadget. In particular, it was noted that the phone should not be the main carrier of educational information - a small font can damage your eyesight.

Earlier it was reported that MES is ready to promote and support projects that are engaged in creating really high-quality electronic textbooks with interactive tasks and multimedia applications. Liliya Grinevich noted that "high-speed Internet should be in every school - this is one of the important factors in the development of education".
