Weight loss: the cause of errors

To reduce weight, many eat different diets. But no matter what diet is able to give only a temporary total. The formula for weight loss should include several components.

Fighting overweight for many becomes a matter of life. True, the process aimed at reducing weight, always comes with a variable success and constantly comes to the starting point. First, the sufferer to lose weight chooses a diet, then, overcoming himself, heroically withstands it (or does not stand it), fixes a weight reduction (or reproaches himself for weakness), but returns evenly to the usual life style and again gaining weight. Then everything repeats itself. New search for a diet, more effective and modern. So the fight against overweight is stretched for long and long years, but the person with all this and does not think about changing the strategy.

Meanwhile, nutritionists have long understood that a diet, as a temporary measure, is able to give only temporary results: when a person returns to the usual lifestyle (and nutrition), the weight returns to the starting point. Therefore, for effective weight loss without re-gaining weight, it is necessary to change your own lifestyle. This means that it is necessary to develop within oneself a habit of proper nutrition and to constant physical exertion. But what is proper nutrition? Correctly named food, balanced by quantity and quality. First, food should be healthy and real. And this means that all foods of fast food, fatty, floury, sweet, smoked, must be excluded from the diet. For the standard of proper nutrition, you can take a Mediterranean diet, which by its own essence is not a diet, but a way of life. It includes a huge amount of vegetables and fruits, fish, lean meats, greens and a limited intake of fats and carbohydrates. This diet is peculiar, for example, for Italy, where the number of complete people is significantly lower compared to America. The second principle of proper nutrition is the equation of quantity. This means that the amount of calories that you consume should not exceed the number of calories that you spend. Weight reduction will not be expected if you observe this balance. But unfortunately, the lifestyle of modern people is associated with acquired hypodynamia. Absence of physical exertion, we are counting on technical progress that has made our life easier. The way out of this situation is one: if you are not moving enough, you should consume fewer calories. Either make up for them with physical exertion (for example, lessons in the gym). A modern lady, not engaged in manual labor, on average requires no more than 2500 kcal. It is not more than 2 plates of food for a day (including snacks). All that is consumed above this amount is stored in excess kilograms, and weight loss becomes unachievable. There is one more severe reason, because of which weight reduction is transformed into an impracticable task. This is the work of our subconscious mind, in which the image of a bush.

To increase in weight are capable to result and various mental difficulties (for example, uncertainty feeling of horror and an insecurity, boredom and so forth. Therefore, a visit to a psychoanalyst for someone who wants to lose weight is as indispensable as visiting a nutritionist.

So, the weight loss forum should look like this: an equilibrium diet plus physical exertion plus a solution to mental problems that prevent weight loss.
