This diet is a set of several diets, selected specifically for the stages.

The main rule: If there was a breakdown - no hunger strikes, continue from the interrupted place further, if you want to eat a piece of cake and the like, eat it, but only in the morning! For a day, you can use extra calories. Morning, if there is no time, is the first meal, preferably before 12 o'clock.

Last meal not later than 18. 00.

The amount of liquid per day, including water - 1.5 liters.

If you drink more, fat will go bad, and if less, then the decay products and toxins will not wash out and your head will hurt.

Vegetables, if not marked potatoes, you can any, except it. It is best to eat Chinese cabbage, Bulgarian pepper, cucumbers, different greens, beets, carrots. Common cabbage.

On the eve of the day, "X" last meal at 16:00!.

Since the kilogram will leave very rapidly, it is advisable to smudge in the morning and evening with anti-cellulite cream, or limit yourself to at least a massage so that the skin does not sag.

1, 2, 3 days:.

Morning: 150 g of water + 7 drops of lemon juice + one tablespoon of honey - all this stir and quickly drink. After 10-15 minutes, tea or coffee without sugar.

Lunch: boiled poultry with any vegetables, not more than 500 grams in total.

Dinner: 200 g of cabbage pour 300 g of water and cook for 20 minutes without salt. To drink unhurriedly for 30 minutes.

Day 4:.

The choice: 500 g of low-fat cottage cheese and 500 g of kefir for 5 meals or 60 g of 9% of the cottage cheese and 200 g of milk for 5 receptions.

Day 5:.

5 boiled potatoes in a uniform + half a liter of kefir.

Day 6:.

500 g of boiled meat or poultry + half a liter of kefir.

Day 7:.

500 g cottage cheese + half a liter of kefir.

Day 8:.

500 g sour cream + half a liter of kefir.

Day 9:.

Dried fruits are unlimited (except raisins) + half a liter of kefir.

Day 10:.

Half a liter of kefir and a maximum of a liter of water.

Day 11:.

1.5 liters of mineral water.

Day 12:.

Morning: unsweetened tea.

12 hours: for choice: soft tvorogo (50-100 g) or 40-50 grams of cheese.

Lunch: a steep egg and tea without sugar.

Snack: unsweetened yogurt or cottage cheese.

Supper: 150-200 g of boiled meat, fish or chicken, vegetable salad with vegetable oil no more than 200-300 g.

13, 14 days:.

Breakfast: tea, coffee without sugar and 100 g of cheese.

Lunch: hard-boiled egg, 150 g of boiled meat, fish or chicken, 20-30 g of cheese.

Supper: 150-200 g of boiled meat, fish or chicken (what was not at lunch), a plate of vegetable salad without salt, but with greens, you can sprinkle with lemon juice. For the night you can drink a decoction of mint: 1 tbsp.. Spoon a glass of boiling water as a tea.

Day 15:.

Or 60 grams of cottage cheese and 200 g of milk, or 500 g of cottage cheese and 500 g of kefir (all for 5 receptions).

16-22 days:.

Meals: 8-10-12-14-16-18 hours, that is every 2 hours. Every morning you need to drink a cup of coffee or tea without sugar.

Day 16:.

400 g of baked in an oven with a peel of potato and 500 g of kefir 1%.

Day 17:.

400 g cottage cheese and 500 g kefir.

Day 18:.

400 g of fruit (except grapes and bananas) and 500 g of kefir.

Day 19:.

400 g boiled chicken without skin and without salt and 500 g of kefir.

Day 20:.

400 g of fruit and 500 g of kefir.

21 day:.

1.5 liters of mineral water without gas.

Day 22:.

400 g of fruit and 500 g of kefir.

Day 23:.

Morning: coffee.

Lunch: fried or boiled fish, cabbage salad with vegetable oil.

Dinner: boiled fish.

Day 24:.

Morning: coffee, rusk.

Lunch: fried or boiled fish, cabbage salad with vegetable oil.

Dinner: 200 g of boiled beef, a glass of kefir.

Day 25:.

Morning: coffee, rusk.

Lunch: fried zucchini in vegetable oil, apples.

Dinner: 2 eggs, 200 g boiled beef, cabbage salad with vegetable oil.

Day 26:.

Morning: coffee.

Lunch: 1 raw egg, 3 large boiled carrots with a plant. Oil.

Dinner: fruit.

Day 27:.

Morning: coffee.

Lunch: 0,5 boiled chicken, fresh cabbage or carrot salad.

Dinner: 2 eggs, a glass of raw carrots with vegetable oil.

Day 29:.

Morning: tea.

Lunch: 200 g of boiled beef, fruit.

Dinner: any of the dinners from 23 to 29 (except 25).

30 day: as 29.

Day 31: as at 28.

32 day: as 27.

Day 33: as at 26.

Day 34: like 25.

35 day: as 24.

And after that you can eat normally, only not gluttonous, then the weight will remain stable.

And now explanations about the stages - what's what.

So:.

1 stage:

from 1 to 11 days, the most "light" (easily-cured) fat and water are lost. In total up to 6 kg.

Stage 2: do not let the weight go away at the expense of the muscles! (Day 12-22).

Stage 3: From 22 days we fix the result (it is from the third week that the metabolism passes to the correct regime, which is preserved for a long time). Do not miss these days! Perhaps you will not lose weight at this stage, but the result will be fixed health. Sumy. Ua.
