Diet is quite effective and quickly yields results.
Borsch recipe: 2 tablespoons. Spoons of vegetable oil, 1 small onion, 1 celery stick, 1 carrot, 1/2 sweet pepper, 1 zucchini, 1 small beet (preferably with the tops), 1/2 small cabbage cabbage, 2-3 tablespoons. Spoons of tomato paste, 14 glasses of water.
Put out onion oil, celery, carrots and beets with tomato paste. Boil cabbage, pepper, zucchini and beet tops. Mix with stewed vegetables. Add salt and pepper to taste. Borscht is quite edible and low-calorie.
The order of the diet:.
Day 1: borsch and all varieties of fruit, except bananas. As a drink: unsweetened tea, coffee or water.
Day 2:
borsch and green vegetables (fresh, leafy or canned). Abstain from corn, green peas and legumes. For dinner - one baked potato with vegetable oil.
Day 3: borsch, fruits and vegetables, but without potatoes.
Day 4: borsch, fruits and vegetables, including bananas and low-fat milk.
Day 5: borscht, beef and tomatoes.
6th day: borsch, beef and vegetables (especially leafy).
7th day: borsch, natural rice with vegetables, fruit juice.
