For breakfast it is necessary to eat a cup of muesli. At the same time, it should be noted that muesli can be bought both in the store and cooked houses independently. To prepare muesli at home, you will need to finely chop any berries and fruits (except bananas and grapes), add to them one tablespoon of any sprouted grains and pour the resulting mixture of 100g yogurt.

The advantage of muesli, prepared independently, is that you can choose exactly the grains that you want, in addition, this product will certainly be natural, and, therefore, will bring more benefits.

During the second breakfast you will need a cocktail. To make this drink you need to pour 100ml of any fruit juice into the blender and add to it 100ml yogurt. The resulting mixture must be shaken, after which the cocktail will be ready.

For lunch, it is necessary to limit the vegetable stew. To make this vegetable stew you will need: cauliflower, one carrot, one sweet pepper, one tablespoon of young beans or green peas, half of the onion, parsley, one celery root. A few inflorescences of cauliflower boil in slightly salted water.

After that, all the vegetables are allowed in a small amount of water and season with sauce. In order to prepare the sauce, you will need to mix 100 g of buttermilk, one tablespoon of olive oil, one teaspoon of lemon juice.

You can also use light soy sauce.

Afternoon snack. In this meal you are supposed to eat a sandwich. To make a sandwich, cut a small slice of bread with bran and put on it 100g boiled chicken breast.

Dinner should consist of fruit pilaf. To prepare this dish, you need to boil the rice, after which, 50 g of rice should be mixed with 100 g of apples or any other fruit or berries to choose from, except for grapes and bananas.
