Can I lose weight in a week? With the help of a protein diet you can! This is the easiest protein-vitamin diet. It is built on a separate intake of protein and vitamin foods.

7days to 1500kcal 4-5kg Protein ingredients: eggs, lean meat (chicken, rabbit, veal), fish, cottage cheese (low-fat), cheese and other low-fat cheeses.

Vitamin components: Fruits, raw or boiled vegetables, greens.

Exception: potatoes, grapes, bananas, persimmons (there are too many carbohydrates in them).

During the diet, you should limit salt intake, exclude sugar, mayonnaise and other sauces. A day should drink at least 2 liters of liquid: mineral water, weak tea without sugar, herbal infusions, meat and vegetable broth. Other drinks are banned.

There are 6 times a day, every 2.5 hours.
