Nutritionists recommend that during seven consecutive days of reduced consumption of sugar, sweets and potatoes.

First day.

Starvation: completely give up food.

The second and third day: eat very moderately.

Limit the daily ration of a liter of milk or kefir, a glass of tomato juice and two slices of rye bread.

Fourth and fifth days: it's time to load the body with proteins.

As a breakfast, drink coffee with milk, eat a slice of rye bread with a half-teaspoon of butter and the same amount of honey.

For lunch: half a plate of meat broth, a piece of boiled meat, lean chicken or fish.

For an afternoon snack:

drink a glass of milk or tea with honey.

For dinner: eat a piece of boiled lean meat, fish or 2 eggs, or 50 grams of low-fat cheese, all this with a piece of rye bread.

Sixth and seventh days: spend exclusively on fruits and vegetables.

Breakfast - two apples.

Lunch - vegetarian soup with vegetables.

Snack - only fruit, preferably citrus fruits.

Dinner - salad with a slice of rye bread.

Repeat once a month.
