Coffee diet is a diet for true coffee lovers.

In fact, there are erroneous opinions about the dangers of coffee, coffee is relatively harmless in small quantities (a couple of cups of coffee a day). We ourselves make coffee harmful for ourselves by adding sugar, various sweeteners or dairy products, increasing its caloric content by products that are not particularly useful for us.

For example, coffee latte or similar very high-calorie, in some establishments it can contain up to 400 kcal and up to 20 g of fat. Therefore, sitting on one such coffee, you will not lose weight. If you decide on this diet, then you need to drink coffee in its pure form, in itself it does not contain calories and fat.

Such a diet is tantamount to tea or water, but coffee contains caffeine, which helps to quench your appetite, and you will not experience such a feeling of hunger as if you were drinking only one water.

But to overestimate the coffee diet is not worth it, you need to drink coffee in moderation, a few cups a day, actually here as everywhere else, in excess of nothing to eat is not recommended.

But since coffee contains a large amount of caffeine, it can be very harmful, especially not recommended for people with cardiac disorders. Those who consume large amounts of coffee, increase blood pressure, and even possibly, the level of sugar.



There are several options for such a diet, some advise drinking up to five cups of coffee a day and drinking plenty of water. Others advise in the morning to eat some porridge, and then all day long to starve and drink only coffee.

The third option: when you drink coffee, you can eat a little food, a piece of boiled meat, another time - ten tablespoons rice, and for dinner - a little salad of cucumbers, tomatoes, lettuce and pepper, not flavored.
