How to lose weight in sedentary work

American scientists, invented for people spending most of the day in a sitting position, an interesting system of losing weight.

They are strongly advised to limit calories, and also use a few small tricks that will help to lose excess weight.

First, experts recommend more laughing, since laughter can speed up metabolism and make a person more attractive. Scientists have counted and found that 10-15 minutes of laughter burn 40 kilocalories (approximately equal to one pellet of ice cream).



Secondly, it is advised to use as a chair not a large office chair, but a stool, or, even better, a ball for shaping. In this case, you will need to support your back with muscle exertion.

Thirdly, the room should be cool, this will force the body to spend more energy on heating.

Fourthly, if possible, then put on your headphones and dance in your workplace. One hour of this kind of dancing can burn about 150 calories.
