The Mexican diet is designed for 4 days. During this period, you can lose 2-3 kg on a Mexican diet, if you did not achieve the desired result, repeat it in 2 days.

First day of diet:.

Breakfast - a cup of unsweetened coffee, an orange, 2 eggs;.

Dinner - 8 prunes;.

Dinner - an orange and 1 egg.

The second day of diet:.



Breakfast - coffee and a piece of cheese;.

Dinner - an orange and 1 egg;.

Dinner - a glass of kefir and pear.

The third day of diet:.

Breakfast - a glass of strong sweet tea;.

Dinner - cucumber, tomato and a slice of cheese;.

Dinner - a glass of milk.

The fourth day of diet:.

Breakfast - muesli with juice;.

Lunch - cucumber, tomato and salad (not spicy);.
