Physicians say that the secret of a good night's sleep lies in the kiwi. Eating two fruits an hour before going to bed helps people quickly fall asleep and get stronger sleep. This may be due to the high content of antioxidants and serotonin in the fetuses.

A one-month study of 24 volunteers with sleep problems conducted by Taiwan Medical University in Taipei showed that they slept 13 percent longer if they ate their kiwi before going to bed. In addition, the amount of time it took to sleep decreased by 35 percent.
