This diet is used for diseases of the intestinal tract. Its tasks include reducing digestive disorders, reducing inflammation in the intestinal tract and normalizing the functions of all digestive organs.

Recommended products: soups on skimmed meat or fish broth, rusks from wheat bread of the highest grade; Not very fatty type of meat, fish and poultry; Soft-boiled eggs or scrambled eggs; Porridge on water and fat-free broth; boiled vegetables; Shabby raw apples; Tea, decoction of rose hips, coffee and cocoa on the water.

Prohibited products: milk soups and fat broths; Fatty meat, sausages; Fatty fish, canned food, salted fish; Eggs are raw and fried; Pasta, legumes and pearl barley, millet, barley cereals; raw vegetables; Fruits and berries in their natural form, dried fruits, honey, jam;

Coffee with milk and alcohol.

Diet menu First breakfast: oatmeal on the water, not fatty cottage cheese and tea.

The second breakfast: a decoction of dried blueberries.

Lunch: light meat broth with semolina, meat steamed meatballs, rice porridge on water and jelly.

Snack: warm unsweetened broth of dogrose.

Dinner: steam omelet, buckwheat porridge on the water and tea.

Before going to sleep: kissel.
