The diet heals the intestines, normalizes metabolic processes, promotes weight loss, although it is quite hungry and is designed for a fairly long period - 10 days, during which you can lose weight to 5 kg!.

During the diet, take vitamin C, try to drink as much as possible mineral non-carbonated water, and do not eat sugar, salt, soda, bread.

1-2 days Green apples, in the evening - a cup of tea with a spoon of honey.

3 day Breakfast: porridge porcelain, boiled on water without salt and sugar, a glass of mineral water.

Lunch: 200 g of boiled beef, tomato.

Dinner: 200 grams of boiled rice (you can slightly soy sauce), a cup of tea with lemon.

4 day Breakfast: porridge porridge, a cup of coffee.

Lunch: two apples, a slice of lemon.

Dinner: apple and orange.

Day 5 Breakfast: grated carrots, sprinkled with lemon juice, fat-free yogurt, 150 grams of cottage cheese, mineral water.

Lunch: baked potatoes, 2 hard-boiled eggs, tomato and cucumber salad with vegetable oil.

Dinner: 200 grams of boiled rice (you can slightly soy sauce), a cup of tea with lemon.

6 day Breakfast: porridge porridge.

Lunch: porridge porridge.

Dinner: 200 g of boiled rice.

7 day Breakfast: a cup of coffee.

Lunch:

vegetable broth, apple, 150 g cottage cheese.

Dinner: kefir.

Day 8 Breakfast: gherkin porridge, a glass of mineral water, vegetable broth, 3 apples, orange.

Lunch: kefir.

Dinner: boiled fish, 2 oranges, tea.

Day 9 Breakfast: kefir.

Lunch: fish, tea.

Dinner: 200 g of boiled beef, rice, 3 apples.

Day 10 Breakfast: kefir.

Lunch: tea with honey.
