Fish is combined only with green vegetables. Milk "is not friendly" with anything. Fats are useful for eating only with cereals and green vegetables. Green vegetables are good with proteins and starch. Non-acid fruits are best eaten separately or with milk, but it is undesirable to combine them.

In the morning on an empty stomach: from a teaspoonful to a tablespoon of olive oil.

After 15 minutes: a glass of yogurt or fresh yogurt.

First breakfast: vegetable salad, oatmeal or buckwheat porridge, peas, corn, cottage cheese, boiled soft-boiled egg (every other day), unsweetened tea, preferably green.

Second breakfast: 200-300 g of unsweetened fruit.

Lunch:

Snack: 300 g of unsweetened fruit.
