The work, which implies strict adherence to certain deadlines, has a negative effect on the state of the cardiovascular system, increasing the likelihood of an infarction sixfold. This was reported by scientists from the Karolinska Institute (Sweden).

As shown by their studies, which involved 3500 people aged 45 to 70 people, the likelihood of developing severe cardiovascular diseases was directly proportional to the level of responsibility envisaged by the position held by a person, as well as the frequency of stresses arising at work.

And in most cases, the reason for the stress was precisely the need to hand over certain work in a given time.
