Ukraine intends to restore the blocking of the VKontakte mobile application, Ukrinform reports with reference to the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council (NSDC).
The application became available on the territory of the country not because of the lifting of sanctions, but because of the change in proxy servers, which made it possible to bypass the blocking, the department said.
