Of course, the Academy of Sciences from Kyiv will be in charge of the issue, but the implementation of the process in the region is still cheaper. Plus, we will be realistic, especially at the first stage of critical support of local authorities. And Filatov (the mayor of the regional center) and Reznichenko (the governor) will not exactly ask for a rollback or a share. The main thing is to find investors and convince them that the business is profitable. And then there are lots of unexpected nuances.

The most interesting thing is that the profit is not at all tied to the successful tests of the final product. Moreover, it has nothing to do with the implementation of the Hyperloop project in Ukraine. That is, we really want to get from Kiev to Odessa or Lviv in a couple of hours, but when it comes to money, we put our desires behind brackets. In the process of running technology and developing technical processes, many practical and interesting solutions will be found. Worthy patents and worth a lot of money. Production of which can be quickly organized on the spot or in another region of Ukraine. And this is already living money.

This huge production with an incredible export potential. Which will create not just tens of thousands of jobs in the Dnipropetrovsk region - it will require specialists (hence investment in education), a lot of electricity (investments in energy) and many, many orders in related industries. Countrywide. Project for decades - with high added value.

And for its implementation it is not just to declare the project a priority at the level of the Cabinet - for the sake of such a win it is possible to revise the legislative base of Ukraine. Billion investments and technological breakthrough are incompatible with dull inspectors, long reconciliations of land allotments at all levels and demands of bribes. So, this factor needs to be removed. Because we will not do it - someone else will do it. But then all the bonuses are past us.
