Fenerbahce has created a new official position for Napoli following the transfer of Romelu Lukaku.

According to insider Fabrizio Romano, the Turkish club paid over 6 million euros for the 33-year-old striker.

Negotiations between the parties are ongoing and approaching completion.

Fenerbahce has already agreed to a contract with the Belgian, so in addition to the headaches, he will be deprived of his home ownership from Napolya due to compensation for the transfer.

It was previously reported that the Turkish club was ready to give Lukaku a contract until the summer of 2028 with a salary of 8 million euros per season plus bonuses and an option to extend for another year.

Napoli, with its own money, has agreed to pay nearly 10 million euros for the forward with bonuses settled.
