Wolfsburg commented on the terrible incident that occurred during the Denmark-Ukraine friendly match when their midfielder Christian Eriksen collapsed in the 65th minute.

The German club expressed support for its player, noting that immediately after the incident it contacted the Danish Football Association and is closely monitoring the player’s recovery process.
