Barcelona are facing difficulties in negotiations for the permanent transfer of Marcus Rashford from Manchester United.
According to information from Mundo Deportivo, the Catalan club paid over 15 million euros for the remaining transfer of the striker, which spent the last season at the Blaugrana warehouse on loan.
However, such a sum did not control Manchester United.
The English club has embraced the proposal, leaving only half of the previously agreed sum for the purchase of the player.
With the upcoming round of negotiations, Barcelona still have an hour left to complete the agreement. Rashford's buyout option is up to 15 cherubs, and the Catalans can activate it on previously favorable minds.
In the 2025/26 season, the English forward became one of the team’s key players. In 49 matches in all tournaments, he recorded 14 goals and 14 assists.
