Tottenham head coach Roberto De Zerbi confirmed that he plans to leave the London club for the coming season, given the team's difficult situation in the Premier League.

Spurs are currently in 17th position in the English Championship standings and are ahead of the volleyball zone by two points.. For the final round of the Premier League, Tottenham will team up with Everton.

" For me, as before, it is a great honor to be the coach of Tottenham, but since we are fighting for survival, it is not a problem. I respect football as much as possible, the tournament table is lower, the level is lower. It’s clear that every one of us is playing for the future of Tottenham,” said De Zerbi.

The Italian manager also guessed, in which minds he deprived the team, noting that personnel costs affected the results.

" The situation was such, and as soon as I arrived, then, having regard to the common minds, the required strength and flexibility to reach the mark.

Then the situation changed, because we lost Kuti Romero, Javi Simons and Dominic Solanke, but in an hour my work gained a full point and, perhaps, deserved more,” said the mentor.

Finally, De Dzerbi noted that the team is determined to maintain its place in the elite of English football.

" We deserve to be deprived of the Premier League, otherwise we need to earn one more krok. Duzhe folding croc, ale tse mozhlivo. We need everything we need to overcome. We're still fighting for the meta. It’s our responsibility to be prepared and strong,” the coach concluded.
