Manchester United has no plans to enter into a transfer battle with Manchester City for Nottingham Forest center Elliot Anderson, reports ESPN.

While the 23-river gravel is on the list of priority goals for the summer, the club respects its valor at a high level.

According to Gerel, Nottingham Forest value the player at around ?120 million. Manchester United are not ready to take part in the bidding, which could push the price even further and try to achieve a more important transfer strategy.

It appears that the Mancunians will finance the strengthening of the middle line for the market of gravel sales, with insurance costs ranging from 80 to 90 million pounds. Currently, the club also plans to sign another defensive player, as well as strengthen other positions.

Among the alternative options for strengthening the center of the field are Carlos Baleba (Brighton), Aurelien Chuameni (Real Madrid) and Sandro Tonali (Newcastle United).

It was previously reported that Manchester United was preparing a large-scale move, and Sir Jim Ratcliffe outlined his priorities for the summer transfer.
