Before the start of the match of the 20th round of the Ukrainian Premier League between Kovalivsky Kolos and Luhansk Zorya, an extremely important and destructive situation arose. The Kerivnytsia of Kovalivtsi enchantingly announced the creation of a powerful team for amp-football, which took the name Kolos-Bureviy.

Amp football is a specially adapted sport. Some field players have amputations of the lower ends and are moved around the field by police, and goalkeepers have amputations of the upper ends. General Director of Kolos Evgeniy Yevsiev said that the creation of such a team was a completely logical step for the club.

" Having become an inclusive place in the Kiev region for people who spent the end of the war, and the Ukrainian Football Association began to pay more and more respect to this area. In view of this fate, in consultation with the president of our club, Andriy Anatoliyovych, and the governor of the Kiev region, Mikoli Kalashnikov, a decision was made to introduce the team into the structure,” Rospov Yevsiev.

According to the general director, Kolos-Bureviy has already begun to try their hand at the National Cup: in the 1/8 finals they beat the team from Zaporizhzhya, and in the quarterfinals they lost to the most dignified champion - Lvivskiy Pokrov.

The basis of the new team was Ukrainian soldiers. Captain Kolos-Bureviy Oleksandr Malchevsky shared his special story of coming to amp football:.

“After recovering from a serious injury, there was no understanding in me that such a sport exists. There was absolutely zero information about him. One day, while in the bathroom, I started talking about adaptive football and rehabilitation through sports.

Having recruited a coach, started training at the first training session at the UAF base, and from the very first day we started,” said the veteran.

Oleksandr reinforces the strength of spirit of his teammates: “Both men and girls enter the warehouse. Vidsotki at 85-90 are the same military services that spent their time in the face of a large-scale invasion. These people, who did not give in to the current, but gave maximum effort in order to turn back from the sport and into marriage,” summed up Malchevsky.
