The Libyan Coast on its official website voted for the signing of four newcomers - defender Illya Kovalenko, defenders - Vikentiy Voloshin and Andriy Chepurny and attacker Nazar Voloshin.

All four played for FC Lisne in the first half of the season, due to exclusion from participants in the Other League due to financial problems and two team absences from foreign matches.

24-River Kovalenko played 15 matches and scored two goals, and for the 24-River of Vincent ten fights, two goals and one assist. The 23-river Chepurny has 13 goals, and the 25-river Nazar has won 15 matches, scoring 13 goals and providing one assist.

After 18 rounds, the Libyan Coast gained 39 points and sits in another place in the First League standings, ahead of Bukovina by nine points.
