A short time later, everything changed: Rotan left Poliss, half of the team went to other clubs, and the burden of encouraging the new team was taken on by the young footballer Kirilo Nesterenko, who had not received an independent coaching certificate until now.

After 12 rounds of this championship, Oleksandriya currently sits in 14th place, otherwise she can compete with Dynamo and defeat one of the leaders of the UPL – Cherkasy LNZ (4:1). In an exclusive interview with Football. ua Kirilo Nesterenko found out about Oleksandriya Perebudova, the first coaching evidence, painful injuries, discipline in the team, Nikolai Kostova’s infusion and trust from the side of kerivnitsa.

– Kirile, the cob of the season seems important to you. Here in the spring it seemed that you managed to stabilize the team, but in the remaining matches it seems that the results are again ambiguous. What's been going on in the rest of this year

– How do you especially experience the team’s failures What do you do after matches

– Of course, the results are not far away – but they are unacceptable to either the coaching staff, the managerial staff, or the players. There is only one way out: gradually analyze what was wrong, what needs to be painted and find the optimal solution to this situation.

– This is your first full-time coaching testimony, as an independent head coach. This fact will calm you down in times of trouble?

- I will inform you that I will accumulate my evidence. Not just me, but the entire coaching staff. But no matter what, it won’t calm down, because you never have to think about it. There are a lot of robots that require our respect and maximum effort. So, let’s concentrate on what.

– You accepted the team, as practically everything has grown since last season. Speaking metaphorically, the car has already started moving, but you are patching the wheels as you go. What motivated you to join this blog

- In the first place, I realized what I’m good for. I knew what was counting on me, knowing that more than half of the graves would not be with us. Through this we change commands everywhere. What motivated? Oleksandriya at a distance, starting from the moment when Sergey Anatoliyovich Kuzmenko entered the club, demonstrated that the kerivniki clearly understand that the stink is to be stopped. There were a number of such cycles, when the team was in love, but still came before achieving good results. Avzhezh, this third place is under the instrumentality of Volodymyr Bogdanovich Sharan, or another unexpected place is the result of the work of Ruslan Petrovich Rotan. – Who has left your current trainers with your approach

– I won’t say anything extraordinary here: these are coaches from top clubs. Pep Guardiola, Roberto De Zerbi. Xabi Alonso showed a lot last season, what is wrong with his robot. – Who among the coaches in the UPL is the most worthy opponent for you You need to kindly break your head, or play correctly and correctly?

– It’s hard to say here, because in my opinion, the teams in the UPL have been renewed immediately. Moreover, as the season progresses, teams change their tactical skills and approach the game. I would mean Ruslan Petrovich Rotan and Arda Turan. They have a good approach to work, I’m interested in those who watch these teams. What a great season to celebrate at LNZ, the team of Vitaliy Ponomariov demonstrates very bright football and a good result. – You are very good for two matches against Dynamo: the Cup and championship. What was in them was the sense that the team was demonstrating the kind of football you would like to play?

– I want to confirm: in matches with Dynamo, the organization of the game in defense, discipline and countering the strengths of the opponent come to the forefront. – Behind the world of coaching, you have lived through your youth. This does not create problems with subordination?

– I’m often asked about this. Although I’m not a first-time coach and I understand very well what approaches can be taken and what work can be done with football players. I’ll say this: be it a football player, no matter how much the coach has suffered any losses, he understands that the coach is doing his job well, he begins to force the strongest, then a mutual relationship with the coach is created automatically. This can be seen in the work between the driver and the trainer.

“It would be very important to preserve Bezerra” – Let’s talk about cadres. In the first matches of the season, before every headache due to the influx of gravitationalists, there was another one: disciplinary. As far as I understand, for Kiril Kovalets the road to the first team is already closed?

– Kirilo Kovalets is still a member of FC Oleksandriya. As soon as they come, we’ll be happy.

– Kampusch also committed a new foul and received a disqualification. Ale, turning around and walking towards the grave with a captain's bandage. Why did you entrust this role to him after his usefulness at the start of the championship

– The obvious leader of today’s team is Tedi Tsara. Here's how we get better: lose even more and wonder where you'll go to another championship?

– Tedya Tsara is a citizen of Alexandria and at the moment he thinks exclusively about our inquiries. By the way, those who are attracted to any Ukrainian team in the direction of the recent championships, this is normal. Let's talk about the decline of Europe - not the top championships, but the death of any footballer. If you set yourself the goal of achieving such a career, moving to a stronger championship, then it’s good. Ale at this moment Tedi Tsara is working on our production plants.

– You regularly trust Viktor Dolgy. Mikita Shevchenko is not surprised that he has few playing hours?

– We started the season with the fact that Mikita had enough playing time. Therefore, as the season progresses, it’s not normal, it’s not competition. All football players are fighting for their place and fortunately, we have no problems with this. I’ll tell you more: Mikita strongly supports Victor and everything is fine with them. There are no similar images, for example: Shevchenko is an encouragement for the Long.

– It seems to both sides that Oleksandriya is missing a good center forward who would finish off attacks. Why didn’t you manage to strengthen this position

– No, we signed Brian Castillo, who is a classic nine. Yogo was asked for the roles you voiced. This is a great milestone for us, but I will now need an hour, because having arrived from another continent, I have radically changed my life. We also know Andriya Kulakova, but it’s normal, but there’s competition. Whoever shows himself best, plays.

– It’s clear that the winter transfer period is still far away. If you are now ready to withdraw from positions, you are working on the strengths of such practices?

– Of course, we are preparing for the winter transfer window. And we all really understand that we need more strength. We were ready to start flying in as soon as possible, because we realized that we would soon give us a lot of information and we could strengthen the team. To be fair, there will be a little bit of incorrect talk about this at once. We still have four matches before the winter break and we will now determine which positions we want to strengthen.

– In the official protocols on the UPL website, Oleksandriya’s coach is listed as Evgeniy Kalinichenko. If we already care about your name there?

– I would really like to make my name there. I hope that sooner or later I will be able to enter the new PRO-diploma, successfully complete the process and then it will be possible to add my name in the official protocols.

– Position in the tournament table is not critical, but not acceptable. What do you think is kerivnitstvo? Tisne for the result gives credit to the trust until the end of the season?

– Kerivnitstvo strongly embraces our understanding and understanding of the ongoing situation, for which I am especially grateful. We talked about everything before the start of the season, but without thinking that we would, unfortunately, end up in such a position in the tournament table.
