Former coach of the Italian national team Luciano Spalletti may soon take over as head coach of Juventus. According to journalist Nicolo Schira, the 66-year-old specialist has turned down attractive offers from Fenerbahce, Al-Ittihad and Al-Sadd in recent weeks for the opportunity to work at the Turin club. It is indicated that currently negotiations between the Bianconeri and a potential coach about future cooperation are at an advanced stage.

Spalletti's last club was Napoli, which he coached from 2021 to 2023 and won the league title with in the 2022/23 season.. At the head of Juventus, Spalletti will have to replace Igor Tudor, who was fired earlier. It should be recalled that Juventus is currently in eighth position in the Serie A standings, gaining 12 points after eight matches played.
