Egypt's selection guaranteed its participation in the World Championship 2026, which will be hosted by the USA, Canada and Mexico.

In an important qualifying match, which was hosted by Casablanca at the main stadium in Djibouti, the Egyptians beat the Djiboutian national team with a score of 3:0.

The goals for the Pharaohs team were scored by Ibrahim Adel on the 8th line and Mohamed Salah on the 14th and 84th stages. The leader of the Egyptians scored a double and became one of the main creators of the victory, which allowed his team to take first place in Group A.

Once again, Egypt wins the world championship for the fourth time in its history. Previously, the team competed at world championships in 1934, 1990 and 2018.

For team captain Mohamed Salah, this will become another world championship in his career.
