Chelsea London striker Christopher Nkunku may turn to the German Bundesliga in the winter transfer period, having played for RB Leipzig until his move to Stamford Bridge in 2023.
As journalist Fabrizio Romano reports, the 27-year-old Frenchman decided to move to Bayern Munich, whereupon he rejected the proposal.
Nkunku gave the green light for the transfer, so that the clubs will be able to make arrangements and will not allow more than a playing hour. A special contract is not a problem for both parties.
It would seem that Bayern and Chelsea have already begun negotiations regarding the transfer of the French universal striker from last year.
This season, Christopher Nkunku has played 28 matches for Chelsea across all tournaments, scoring 13 goals and providing 4 assists. This contract with “pensioners” is ruining the year 2029.
